The Ministry of Finance plans to fine Euro Auto JSC, the former official BMW importer in Viet Nam, for trade fraud and issuing false invoices to the customs department.
Euro Auto, the official BMW importer in Viet Nam, has denied Government accusations of trade fraud, saying it had obeyed the law and protected customers’ rights and interests.
